Freedom Christmas Concert
December 4th, 2013 @ 6:30pm
In Roy High School's Large Auditorium
Students need to be at Roy High by 6:00pm. Please plan on staying for the entire concert, every
grade will be performing in this wonderful concert, and there will be a finale number with all the students singing! We will be selling DVD's of the program for $5.00 each. You can preorder and prepay for these, or there will be a table at Roy High the night of the concert. You may send money to the school anytime; make checks out the Freedom PTA

Students bring to class the following denominations on the specified day.
- Monday - Pounds of pennies
- Tuesday - Need you nickels
- Wednesday - Donate you dimes
- Thursday - Quantities of quarters
- Friday - DONUTS for dollars
** On Friday, December 6th, students bringing $1.00 will receive a mini donut; those bringing $5.00 will receive a whole package of mini donuts!**
The giving Tree will be set up in the office November 18th- December 12th with ornaments that will each list an item needing to be purchased for previously selected families in need.
We ask that all items be new, unwrapped, and returned to the office by Friday, Dec. 13th.

Final orders for Freedom spirit-wear are due this Friday, Nov. 22nd. Order forms can be found in the school office and purchases will arrive before winter break.
T-Shirts are $8.00 (Youth Small-Adult XL)
Spirit Sleeves are $5.00
Hoodies are $20.00 (Youth Small-Adult XL)
Zip-up’s are $25 (Youth S-L); $28 (Adult S-XL, add $2 extra for 2XL or larger)
**There is a $1.00 discount on orders for PTA members***
Note: Orders will be sent home with students. If, however, you intend for your purchase to be a Christmas surprise, please indicate that on the top of your order form and you will be contacted personally to arrange for pick up.

Parking Lot Procedures
As we start the school year we wanted to provide an important safety reminder on Parking Lot Procedures.
Please follow these important rules, while picking and dropping off your precious children at Freedom.
Loading Zone : Curbside loading and unloading only, no parking/leaving vehicle, please pull forward
Driving Through Lane :NOT for pick-up or drop-off, but only for driving through the parking lot
Students must always be accompanied by an adult when walking across
the street or parking lot
Red Zones are fire lane and tow away zones
Bus zones : Are for buses and school approved daycare providers only
