Those that were present:
Brandon Lott, Cami Anderson, Annalynn Yamashita, Jenny Ross, Suzanne Stirland, Stephanie Webb, Alicia
Christiansen, and JerylDean Clark.

Different nominations took place; with Cami Anderson voted to be chair of the community with Alicia Christiansen as co-
chair. Cami was nominated by JerylDean Clark and Alicia was nominated by Annalynn Yamashita.
Goal # 1: (Reading Goal)
60% of our kids will make typical or above typical growth (year 2023)

 Teachers meet weekly at PLC and talk about intervention for the students in their class
.
 Teachers in the grades K-3 are doing LETRS training to help with their instruction and how to teach phonemic
awareness to their students.

 Upper grades went to Reading Horizons training to learn how to teach phonics to their students. The Reading
Horizon Discovery software will be used in the upper grades this year. This is helpful for the upper grades in
covering deficient that have occurred from COVID.
Goal #2 (Math Goal)
For the grades 3 rd – 6 th grades the end of year level Rise test scores will approve by 3%. (year 2023)

 Accadience Math is used for the grades kindergarten through third grade.

 Accadience Math is also a math program that is available for the upper grades as well.

 The money has also been allotted to have Math aides come and help.

 Each grade will decide how those math aides will be used.

Next meeting to be held:
Meetings will be held the first Thursday of each month. For the month of April, the meeting will be held the
second week because of Spring Break.
