If your family is planning on moving out of Freedom’s boundaries before August 2020, or if you know your student will not be returning for the 2020-2021 school year, please reply to this email with the following information: 

1. Student’s Name  2. Teacher’s Name  3. Current Grade  4. Name of the New School Attending in 2020-21.  (If not certain of the school name, please provide the city and state where they will be attending.)  Those with more than one student, please list the information for each one.
