District officials have put together information to help answer many questions that may arise.... Please read the following district memo. Also, we will take a survey at our Kindergarten Registration meeting tomorrow to see how many parents would prefer half day kindergarten. Keep in mind that if we have enough students to form a full half day class, those students would be committed to half day and would not be able to change to a full day class.   

If the change in mask requirements affects how parents feel about in-person learning, please contact the school office at 801-452-4100.  There is still time to choose an alternative learning option, such as Long Term Flexible Learning, which is a quarter by quarter choice to learn online or in person.

Please take a moment to go into your MyWeber parent portal account at myweber.wsd.net and check your student’s lunch balance.  If it is negative, please make a payment to bring the balance to $.00.  You can do this through the portal or by contacting the school office at 801-452-4100 to make a credit card payment over the phone.  (Fyi, the portal online credit card fee has been lowered to $1 for the whole transaction.  If you are paying for multiple children, it will still be $1.) 

If your family is planning on moving out of Freedom’s boundaries before August 2020, or if you know your student will not be returning for the 2020-2021 school year, please reply to this email with the following information:  1. Student’s Name  2. Teacher’s Name  3. Current Grade  4. Name of the New School Attending in 2020-21.  (If not certain of the school name, please provide the city and state where they will be attending.)  Those with more than one student, please list the information for each one.
